Key Notes for Editing Product Information
- Number/Code: Each product should have a unique identifier. If your products don’t already have codes, create your own numbering system (e.g., A001, A002, etc.).
- Images: Name your images to correspond with the product code for easy reference and organization.
- Custom Fields: Enhance your product descriptions by adding custom fields relevant to your clients’ needs, such as Product Type, Model, Series, or Brand.
Regularly updating your products in the ClientPoint Content Library ensures that your information stays relevant and beneficial for your clients and team members. Whether making individual edits or bulk updates, following these guidelines helps maintain an organized and effective product catalog.
