How to Add a Shortcut
Follow these steps to add a shortcut to your ClientPoint:
- Create a ClientPoint: Start by creating a new ClientPoint and adding the necessary files.
- Select the File: Once your ClientPoint is ready, click on the file you want to create a shortcut for.

Add the Shortcut:
- Click on the Add to ClientPoint button.
- Scroll to the Add Shortcut option.

Configure the Shortcut:
- In the Shortcut Title field, enter the name that you want your client to see in the Table of Contents (TOC).
- In the Shortcut Text field, enter the actual name of the file.
- Save and Preview: Click Submit to add the shortcut. You’ll see it added to the top of the ClientPoint. You can test the shortcut by clicking Save & Continue to preview it in the ClientPoint.
Once set up, your client can click on the shortcut in the Table of Contents to quickly access the specific file, bypassing the need to scroll through all the content in the ClientPoint.
