How to Access ClientPoint Design
Where to Find It:
1️⃣ From your ClientPoint homepage, go to Settings.
2️⃣ Click on Content Library.
3️⃣ Inside Content Library, select an existing folder or create a new folder - this will be where your finished design will be saved.
4️⃣ Under the familiar blue "Add to Library" button, select "Add ClientPoint Design."
1️⃣ The Workspace
When you launch ClientPoint Design, you’ll enter a user-friendly editing interface with a large canvas.
Getting Started:
👉 First, give your design a Document Name (top left of the screen) - this helps ensure your file is remembered and easy to find later. Click Save to start editing.
Menu options (left sidebar):

Design Templates — Browse and select professional, pre-built design templates (presentation decks, proposals, marketing materials, pitch decks, and more). -
Templates — Choose individual slide/page layouts to customize your design’s structure. -
Text — Add headings, subheadings, body text - easily drag and drop text elements anywhere on the canvas. -
Photos — Insert high-quality images - browse stock photos via Unsplash integration or upload your own. -
Elements — Add icons, shapes, buttons, and other design elements to enhance your visuals. -
Upload — Upload your brand assets: logos, graphics, documents, and more. -
Background — Change background color, gradient, or add an image background to any page. -
Layers — Manage your design layers for precise editing (bring elements forward or send backward). -
Resize — Instantly resize your design for different formats - from social media posts to full presentations.
Saving Your Work:
Once you've finished editing your design:
1️⃣ Click Save (top right).
2️⃣ Click Exit - this will close the editor.
3️⃣ Your file will now appear in the Content Library folder you selected at the start - ready to be used inside ClientPoint, added to proposals, shared, or downloaded as a PDF.
2️⃣ Creating Content
Once inside ClientPoint Design, you can choose to start from scratch or select a professional Design Template to jumpstart your project.
- Start with a blank canvas if you want full creative freedom - ideal for one-off graphics, new document formats, or internal communications.
- Select a Design Template for consistent, branded layouts - ideal for sales decks, proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
With the intuitive drag-and-drop editor, you can:
- Add text boxes - simply drag, drop, and type. Perfect for headlines, body text, lists, captions, and calls-to-action.
- Insert images, icons, and shapes from either the built-in photo library (integrated with Unsplash) or your own uploaded assets.
- Apply dynamic merge tags - easily pull in live data (client names, dates, financial totals, or other key fields) from your ClientPoint account to personalize content for each recipient.
- Customize colors, fonts, logos, and layout to stay on brand - use your corporate brand kit or create new looks as needed.
- Use Magic Resize to instantly reformat your design for different formats - whether you're preparing a presentation, marketing flyer, social post, or proposal attachment, Magic Resize saves you time and ensures consistency.
3️⃣ Uploading Assets
To maintain brand consistency and save time on future projects:
- Upload your own assets: logos, photos, icons, branded graphics, PDFs and even JSON Files
- Organize assets into folders for easy access and reuse across multiple designs.
- Drag-and-drop functionality makes managing these uploads quick and intuitive.
Having your brand assets readily available ensures that your entire team can maintain professional, on-brand visuals across all ClientPoint communications.
