Yes, other ClientPoint users can receive notifications for your ClientPoints. Through ClientPoint’s Internal Share feature, you can share a ClientPoint with other users within your account. This includes giving them the option to receive the same email notifications as you for external viewer interactions, ensuring transparency and collaboration among team members.
How to Share a ClientPoint Internally

Navigate to the Send Tab
- Open the ClientPoint you want to share and go to the Send tab.
Click on ‘Share Internally’
- In this section, you will see a Share button. Clicking it will open a search field.
Add Users to Share With
- In the search field, type the email address or name of the user you want to share the ClientPoint with.
- Select the user from the search results to add them.
