How Many Different Ways Can I Use ClientPoint Meet?
1) Hosting your ClientPoint Meet inside your client success portal/ClientPoint.
- When you are ready to start the meeting, open up the Preview tab of the ClientPoint where you wish to meet, then click Enable Meeting
- You will see 2 pop-up windows appear. Be sure to click Allow when asked for permission to access audio and video, before entering the meeting
- You will be directed to a page where you may modify your audio and video settings. Once the settings are configured to your preference, click Join Meeting
- That's it! Your attendees may join your meeting (using the same steps, 2 & 3) by clicking on the link to the ClientPoint.
I'm In The Meeting, Now What?
ClientPoint Meet offers several tools to help you better connect virtually:
- Microphone Settings: Select your desired audio input (the device that allows others to hear you), as well as Mute and Unmute yourself
- Video Settings: Select your desired webcam option, as well as turn your webcam on and off

Share Screen: Share your screen with the other meeting participants. When selecting this option, you will be prompted to select which screen you wish to share, and whether or not you wish for others to hear any audio from that screen. Once selected, click Share, and the Meeting window will be replaced with the screen you are sharing with the other participants.
- Speaker Settings: Select your desired audio output (the device that allows you to hear others)
- Record: Record a video of the meeting. Once the meeting is over, the recording will appear at the bottom of the Table of Contents menu, to the right of the ClientPoint

Leave Meeting: Leave the meeting before it ends, or end the meeting for all participants:
2) Host Your ClientPoint Meet Externally
- You can also use ClientPoint Meet externally i.e outside of the unique ClientPoint that you have created for your customer. ClientPoint offers you a personal meeting room that you can customize and use to conduct meetings.
- ClientPoint Meet is available on the Home screen of your system, see the screenshot below.
- You can grab the meeting link by clicking on the COPY LINK option and share it Externally with your client.
- You can start the meeting in your personal meeting room by clicking MEET NOW.
