ClientPoint provides an option to restrict access to your outbound ClientPoints by specific email domains. This feature ensures that only authorized recipients, with email addresses from approved domains, can view your ClientPoints, adding an extra layer of security and control over your documents.
How to Restrict Access by Domain:

Choose New ClientPoint:
Begin by selecting the option to create a new ClientPoint from your dashboard. -
Navigate to Advanced Features:
On the Info screen, look for the Advanced Features section.

Enter Allowed Domains:
In this section, you will find a field where you can input the email domains that are authorized to view the ClientPoint.
For example, if you input clientpoint.net and example.com as your allowed domains, then only email addresses from these domains (e.g., someone@clientpoint.net or contact@example.com) will be able to access the ClientPoint. If an email address like SuzyQ@gmail.com is entered, they will be blocked from viewing the document. -
Save and Continue:
Once you have entered the domains and completed all necessary fields, click Save & Continue to finalize the settings.
This functionality is useful for ensuring that sensitive information is only accessible to users from trusted organizations or companies, enhancing document security.
