ClientPoint has partnered with RightSignature to streamline the document signing process, making it easier and faster for your clients to sign important documents directly within the platform. Whether you're handling contracts, agreements, or forms, this integration provides a smooth, professional signing experience for everyone involved.
How It Works
Access ClientPoint:

- First, enter your email address and click on the ‘Click to Continue’ button to access the ClientPoint experience.

Initiate Signing:

- Once inside the ClientPoint, locate the ‘Approve’ button at the top-left corner and click it to start the signing process.
Prepare Document for Signature:

- After clicking the ‘Approve’ button, you will be redirected to the RightSignature platform. Click on ‘Prepare Document for Signature’ to begin the process.
- Wait a few moments for the document to load. Once it’s ready, you'll see instructions guiding you on how to proceed. Click ‘Got it’ to continue.
Sign the Document:

- Your client will then be prompted to sign the document:
- Sign Here: The client will click on the Sign Here box to begin.
- Your client will then be prompted to sign the document:
- Signature Options: They can either click and drag or type their signature into the provided area.
- Date Field: To fill out the date, they simply click on the date field and select the correct date from the calendar.
- Text Fields: For any other required information, they will click on the corresponding text fields and type in the necessary information.
Complete the Signature Process:

- After entering the required information, the client will click ‘Submit Signature’ to finalize their part.
- Once completed, the signed documents will appear as a separate page at the end of the ClientPoint experience.
Enabling RightSignature
To enable RightSignature on your ClientPoint experience, please reach out to your coordinator or contact support@clientpoint.net. Note that additional fees may apply depending on your needs.
