The One Pass Template in ClientPoint represents an advanced approach to template creation and utilization, providing users with streamlined efficiency and customizable options for generating ClientPoints. This feature is designed for ease of use and enhanced workflow, leveraging templates pre-created by administrators.
Key Features of the One Pass Template
- Admin-Configured Templates: One Pass Templates are pre-built by admins, ensuring they are tailored to user and organizational needs.
- Enhanced Auto-Fill: When users fill out their Info Page accurately, much of the template information auto-fills, reducing manual input.
- Rich Text Editor: If enabled by the admin, users can customize the document(s) using HTML text. This allows changes to fonts, colors, and styling directly within the form builder.
- Tree Builder Logic: When included, users can navigate through "if/then" scenarios, making the template adaptive to specific needs.
