Creating templates in ClientPoint is now easier than ever, thanks to enhancements that allow users to save existing ClientPoints directly as templates. This feature is particularly useful for streamlining repetitive workflows and maintaining consistency in document generation.
Steps to Save a ClientPoint as a Template

Access the ClientPoint:
- Open an existing ClientPoint you've created, or start by creating a new one.
- Navigate to the Files Page within the ClientPoint.

Save the Template:
- On the Files Page, locate and click on More, then select Save as Template.

Name Your Template:
- Enter a descriptive name for the new template to identify it easily for future use.

Optional: Save Form Entries:
- If you want to include the entries made within the merge documents and tools, check the box for Save Form Entries.
- If you'd prefer a blank template without prefilled entries, leave the option unchecked.

Finalize:
- Click Save to create the template.
