ClientPoint’s Draft Template feature allows administrators to create, test, and refine templates before making them accessible to other users. Draft templates are saved but not published and can be thoroughly tested in "Testing Mode" to ensure they meet requirements before publication.
Key Features of Draft Templates:

Draft Templates are Only Available to Administrators:
- Drafts are not visible to general users until they are published.
- Administrators can test draft templates by enabling Testing Mode when creating a new ClientPoint.

Publishing Draft Templates:
- Once published, a draft template becomes available to all users based on Workspace and Division Access permissions.
- Templates that have been published cannot revert to draft mode.

Files and Fragments within Draft Templates:
- Any unpublished files or fragments linked to a draft template will be published simultaneously when the template is published.
How to Create a Draft Template:
- Navigate to the Templates Section:
- Click New to create a new template.
- Enable Draft Mode:
- Change the status to Templates.
- Under Advanced Features, toggle on Draft Template.
- Save and Continue:
- Complete the initial setup and click Save and Continue to save the template as a draft.
How to Publish a Draft Template:
- Open the Template:
- Access the draft template you wish to publish.
- Publish the Template:
- Click Click here to publish from the Overview, Info, or File screen.
- Finalize Publication:
- All unpublished files and fragments included in the draft template will also be published.
