The Templates you have created in ClientPoint are stored in the Manage menu. Here is how to find your templates:
- Go to the Manage screen, by clicking "Manage" in the upper right, or "Manage Your ClientPoints" from the main menu.
- Click Filters on the far right top of your Manage screen toolbar.
- Reset/Clear your filters (if needed).
- Under Status, select Templates.
- Click Apply Filter.
From here, you may manage and update your ClientPoint templates.
