- Step 1: Click on the New ClientPoint tile or click + New to start creating a new ClientPoint.
- Step 2: Complete the necessary details in the Info stage and click Save & Continue.
- Step 3: On the Files stage, select Add to ClientPoint and choose Upload Video. ClientPoint supports various video file formats, including:.avi .dv .mov .qt .mpg .mpg2 .mpeg2 .mpeg4 .mp4 .3gp .3g2 .asf .wmv .flv. .m4v)
- Step 4: Click Select File to locate the video file on your computer, then click Upload. After the video is uploaded, you can drag and drop it into the viewer navigation for easy access.
Upload a Video from YouTube

- Step 1: Click on the New ClientPoint tile or + New.
- Step 2: Fill in the necessary details on the Info stage and click Save & Continue.
- Step 3: In the Files stage, click Add to ClientPoint and select Add YouTube Video.
- Step 4: Go to YouTube and copy the shareable link of the video you wish to add.
- Step 5: Paste the link into the provided field, add a title for the video, and click Save.
- Step 6: Once processing is complete, you can drag and drop the video into the desired location in the viewer navigation.

- Step 3: In the Files stage, select Add to ClientPoint and choose Video from Webcam.
- Step 4: If you do not have Adobe Flash Player installed, a pop-up will provide a link to help you install it. If you do have Flash Player, the pop-up will ask for permission to access your microphone and camera.
- Step 5: Click the red circle icon to start recording your video. When finished, click the red circle icon again to stop recording. You can re-record the video as many times as needed.
- Step 6: Once you're satisfied with the recording, click Save. After processing, drag and drop the video into the viewer navigation where you want it to appear.
