The ClientPoint locks under the "files" tab when the "Approve" button is clicked on by the viewer/Prospect, but was not signed in RightSignature.
The reason this update is made is because the ClientPoint that loaded into RightSignature is stored and does not update when changes are made in the ClientPoint by the Sales Rep.
This Unlock button acts as a refresh so RightSignature will always show the most current update made.
