To start a new ClientPoint, click + New, or New ClientPoint.
Fill out the following information in Info, when creating a ClientPoint:
- Client Name
- Revenue - Estimate of profit/revenue generated from the ClientPoint.
- Assigned To - Defaults to the user that is logged in.
- Category - Options include New and Renewal. Helpful when managing ClientPoints, ability to sort by category.
- Status - Options are Pending, Lost, Won and Trash.
Changes to the status are done manually, for example, any approved and signed ClientPoints would need to be updated to the “won” status. - Market - List of your vertical market, who do you sell to?
- Division - Department or teams in your company.
- Service - List of your services.
- Region - List of the regions in which you serve.
