Library Files are shared files available to users within the system and maintained by Administrators. Users can access library files when creating a ClientPoint on the file screen and Administrators can manage files by going to Settings > Content Library.
Under Library, there are two main folders, Templates and Company Wide. Other folders may exist within your system.
- Templates - Templates are content bundles that can be used when creating a ClientPoint
- Company Wide - Files in Company Wide are available to all users within ClientPoint
- Division Folders - Each division in your system is assigned a division folder, content in the division folder is available to users who are given access to that division
- Group Wide - Files in Group Wide are available to all users assigned to the Workspace.
On desktop: To add a file from the Library to the ClientPoint on the File screen, double-click on the file.
On mobile or tablet: To add a file from the Library to ClientPoint on the File screen, select the file under Library and click "Add to ClientPoint" on the top-left and choose "Selected library item".
