Every file stored in your ClientPoint Content Library is assigned a unique File ID. This ID is essential for accurately referencing files during template creation, automation tasks, or when requesting support. Steps to Locate the File ID:
- Log in to your ClientPoint Enterprise account.
- Navigate to the Settings tab from the main navigation menu.
3. Select Content Library to view your stored files and folders.
4. Open your desired folder that contains the file you need.
5. On the right-hand side, click More, then select Excel from the dropdown options.
6. A CSV file containing the details of all files within that folder will automatically download. You’ll see the download notification pop up on your download bar.
7. Open the downloaded CSV file.
8. Inside the file, locate the column labeled "ID" — this contains the unique numerical File IDs assigned to each file.
That’s it! You now have the File ID for any file you need within the library.
