In ClientPoint, every template you create or save is assigned a unique Template ID, also referred to as the ClientPoint ID. This ID is essential when you need to reference a specific template for automation, API integration, or support inquiries. This guide will walk you through the simple steps to locate your Template ID within your ClientPoint Enterprise account.
Steps to Find the Template ID:
- Log in to your ClientPoint Enterprise account.
- Navigate to the Manage tab located in the main navigation menu.
3. Click on Filters to refine your view.
4. Under Status, check the boxes for Templates or My Templates depending on your access level and preference.
Once the filter is applied, you’ll see a list of all your available templates.
👉 Tip: The ClientPoint ID is displayed right next to each Template Name. This ClientPoint ID also serves as the Template ID.
