How to Use and Manage Assets in ClientPoint

Overview: Easily Organize and Access Images, CSS, and JavaScript Files

The ClientPoint Assets feature allows you to upload and manage files—such as images, CSS stylesheets, and JavaScript files—used in Advanced Merge HTML Documents. This enables users to customize and enhance ClientPoints with various assets, making them easily accessible for future projects within your ClientPoint system.

Steps to Upload and Manage Assets

1. Navigate to the Assets Section

   • From the homepage, go to Settings > Content Library > Assets.

1. Add a New Asset

   • Click Add an Asset.

1. • Select the Workspace, Division, and Category that corresponds to the asset’s intended use.

2. Upload the Asset

   • Use the Select File button to upload your file (image, CSS stylesheet, or JavaScript file) into ClientPoint.

1. Editing or Replacing an Existing Asset

   • To update an existing asset, click on it in the Assets section, select Choose File to upload the new version, and save the changes.
