Create or Open a ClientPoint:
- Begin by either creating a new ClientPoint or opening an existing one where you want to add your video message.

Navigate to the Files Section:
- In the ClientPoint builder, go to the Files tab.

Click on "Add to ClientPoint":
- Select "Video from Webcam" to start the video recording process.

Allow Microphone and Camera Permissions:
- If this is your first time using this feature, a prompt will appear asking for permission to use your microphone and camera. Click Allow to proceed.

Start Recording:
- Click the Start Recording button on the bottom of the screen to begin. Your video will begin recording immediate

Stop Recording:
- Once you’re finished, click Stop Recording. You’ll be able to play back your video to review it.

Save the Video:
- If you’re happy with the recording, click Save Recording to add it to your ClientPoint. If you need to re-record, simply click Start Recording again.

- The video will take up to 5 minutes to process, depending on the size. Once processed, it will appear as "Intro Video" in your ClientPoint.

- After the video has been converted, you can preview it to ensure it plays as expected.
