ClientPoint Schedule is more than a scheduling tool - it’s a versatile, interactive platform that can double as a multimedia advertising portal and virtual office. By embedding marketing materials directly into the ClientPoint Schedule link, businesses can offer an engaging experience for clients and prospects, combining scheduling with on-demand access to branded content.
Setting Up Your ClientPoint Schedule
To leverage ClientPoint Schedule effectively, start by setting up and activating your ClientPoint Schedule link. For detailed instructions, please refer to the ClientPoint Knowledge Base.
To activate the ClientPoint Schedule:
1. Go to Settings > Advanced Settings, and click on the Advanced Configuration tab.
Expand the Create ClientPoint Configuration area.
2. At the bottom of the configuration list, click on the button next to Enable Scheduler so that it turns green, then click Save.
To add ClientPoint Schedule to your ClientPoint:
For Admins:
As an Admin, please go through the following steps to ensure that your ClientPoint calendar is connected to your company's email domain.
1. Go to Settings > Integrations:
2. Scroll down to view Calendar Integrations and click on the 'Connect' button.
How to Set Up Your ClientPoint Scheduler

Log in to Your ClientPoint Account
- Sign into your ClientPoint account to get started.
- On the homepage, find the Calendar Link box with the description "Send this link to people so they can schedule a meeting on your calendar, plus find out more about you and your company."

Click on the "EDIT" Button
- This action will take you to the Info tab of your selected ClientPoint, as if you were creating a new one.
- Fill out the necessary information and click Save and Continue.
- Note: You can copy your Scheduler link or download it's QR Code from the small green icon.

Add the Meeting Scheduler
- Go to the Files tab and select Add to ClientPoint.
- Choose Add Meeting Scheduler from the list of options.

- You will be redirected to confirm and authorize the email associated with your business calendar.

Authorize and Sync Your Calendar
- Select the account that corresponds with your business calendar (Microsoft, Google, or iCloud).
- Grant all requested permissions to allow ClientPoint Meeting Scheduler to connect and sync with your calendar.

- Once permissions are confirmed, click Proceed.

Complete Syncing and Configure the Scheduler
- After syncing is complete, you will be redirected to ClientPoint and prompted to configure the Meeting Scheduler.
- The File Library will automatically have your Meeting.
- Click on the Meeting to select and click Edit on the top right.

- Adjust or customize the default meeting types (15 min, 30 min, 60 min) as needed.

- To add a new meeting schedule, ensure you customize all event details accordingly and click Save.
- You can also add your own 3rd Party Meeting Scheduler link for ex. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Calendly.

Preview Your Scheduler
- Check the Preview tab to view the meeting event options (15, 30, 60 minutes) and confirm calendar availability.
- This step ensures your event types are displayed correctly.
2. From here, you may modify the Event Info, Availability, Custom Fields and Appearance
Event Info
- Meeting Title: The name of the Meeting, as it will appear on your's and your participants' calendars.
- Location: If This ClientPoint is selected, the client will be directed to the ClientPoint that contains your Scheduler, where you may Host a Virtual Meeting with your recipients. If you select Other, you can type in the URL or physical location of your meeting.
- Duration: the length of the meeting, as it will be scheduled on everyone's calendar.
- Min. Scheduling Notice: the minimum amount of time a recipient has to schedule the meeting before the meeting begins.
- Future Limit: the minimum amount of time a recipient has to schedule the meeting before the date of the meeting.
- Min. Cancelation Notice: the minimum amount of time a recipient has to be able to cancel the meeting before the meeting is scheduled to start.
- Cancellation Message: the notification your participant will see if they choose to cancel the meeting.
Availability
- Timezone - Be sure your timezone reflects your local time, to ensure the calendar notifications reflect the appropriate time on your end. If the current timezone selected doesn't match your current timezone, you may select your timezone here.
- You may select which day(s) and the timeframe(s) that you wish to make yourself available for the meeting. Do keep in mind that participants
- If you would like to configure different timeframes for different dates, you can click + Add New Field to add those additional dates and times.
Custom Fields
- You may click + Add New Field to request custom pieces of information from the recipient, in preparation for the meeting.
- Label: The question or title of the field you wish for the participant to complete
- Type: You may opt for the participant to complete the field as text, multi-line text (for longer typed responses), a Dropdown select menu, or Checkboxes.
Appearance
- Company Name: your business name
- Company Logo: your company's logo
- Submit Button Label: the verbiage on the button the recipient(s) will use to confirm the meeting
- Theme Color: the accent color in the scheduler menu. You can update the default color to match your company's branding.
Access and Share Your Meeting Scheduler

- Return to the homepage and copy the Meeting or Scheduler link. The link is synced with the same email you authorized for seamless integration.

Under the “Files” section, upload your company’s marketing assets, such as brochures, videos, case studies, or any multimedia content that adds value for your visitors. This feature turns your schedule link into a dynamic content portal, where clients can easily view resources alongside scheduling a meeting.

Copy your ClientPoint Schedule link and embed it in your business email signature. Label it as “Schedule a Meeting” or customize it to reflect the broader functionality, such as “Visit My Virtual Office.” This provides clients with one-click access to both scheduling and marketing materials, streamlining their interaction with your brand.
