Access Settings
Begin by navigating to your Settings within ClientPoint. -
Select Themes
In the Settings menu, click on Themes to access your email theme settings.

Edit Your Theme
Select the specific theme you want to edit, and then click Edit.

Open Advanced Settings
In the editing interface, locate and click on Advanced Settings.

Update the Email Message
Scroll down to the Email Message section. Here, you’ll find the email template that can be customized with short codes to add relevant fields. To see all available short codes, go to the Use Shortcode section. -
Incorporate Short Codes
Click on the Email Message area to start drafting or updating your email. To include short codes, simply click on the email body, choose the desired shortcode (e.g., Client Name, Contact Name, or Rep Name), and it will be added to the message. Short codes serve as merge tags, pulling specific data into each email for personalization.
