Enabling and Disabling text notifications can be done in settings under user and permissions. Please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go into settings and click on Users and Permissions
Step 2: Choose the user profile for who you want to enable/disable text notifications and select Edit on the right top beside the delete option.
Step 3: Once you are in the user profile, delete the cell number and remove the carrier if you want to disable the text notifications or if you want to enable the text notifications, fill out the cell number and select the carrier.
Step 4: Click Update at the bottom and your notifications will be enabled/disabled.
