What is a One Pass Template? 

One pass brings together form and tree, subforms, snippets and fragments to give you a power house of features for a world class document generation engine. Combine that with template automation using delete conditions controlling files inclusions and exclusions and you have what we call a One Pass template. 

Simplify the process for your team by taking a complex proposal process and automating it with One Pass. Recent Enhancements

• Sub Forms are forms similar to the Form within a One Pass Template. The sub forms are not associated directly with a single One Pass Template, but instead are displayed to the user based on selections they make in the Form and Tree while using a One Pass Template. Learn more.
• Snippets are lightly formatted text that can be injected into a document or into another Snippet. Snippets support conditions either in the definition of a Snippet or can be acted upon by comment conditions which will dynamically control Snippet insertion. Learn more.
• Fragments are Word (docx) files without headers or footers that can be injected into another docx file or into another Fragment. Learn more.
• Product Selector allows Users to select a number of products from the Product Library within a One Pass Template. Snippets, Fragments and Subforms can be associated to products and enables specific components to inject into the word docx file based upon the products selected. Learn more.
