Supported CRMs for Native Integration
ClientPoint supports native, out-of-the-box integrations with the following CRM platforms:
- Salesforce

Fields You Can Map Into ClientPoint
When integrating with ClientPoint, the following fields can be automatically mapped from your CRM to your ClientPoint documents:
- Client Name
- Revenue (e.g., Deal Total)
- Contact First Name
- Contact Last Name
- Contact Address
- Contact Email
- Contact Phone Number
Once the CRM integration is set up, these fields will be automatically populated in the Info Tab of your ClientPoint when connected to a CRM Deal or Opportunity.
Special Note for Salesforce Users
For Salesforce users, the integration allows for advanced customization through Custom Fields. This means you can map additional data from your Salesforce CRM into ClientPoint that may not be available through the standard fields.
