Follow these steps:
ClientPoint Integration Page
- Login as an Administrator to your ClientPoint account
- Go to Settings > Integration > DocuSign
- Click on “Manage”
- Enter the following information:
- User ID
- Integration Key
- RSA Private Key
To get three keys to follow the following steps:
DocuSign Account Configuration
- Login into your DocuSign Account.
- Go to Settings
- Go to Apps & Keys
- For integration, you must have a DocuSign Developer account.
NOTE: If you have a DocuSign Developer Account, you can skip these steps and go to Step 10. - Click on the “Developer Account”
- Click on “Create Account”
- Fill out the Account creation form and follow the email verification steps:
- Once your account is created, login into your Developer Account and Click on “Settings”
- Go to Apps & Keys
- Copy the User ID and paste into ClientPoint under Settings > Integrations > DocuSign > Manage > “User ID”
- Create ClientPoint Application in DocuSign by clicking on “ADD APP AND INTERACTION KEY”
- In App Name, enter “ClientPoint” and click “Create App”
- You will be redirected into the ClientPoint app you have just created that contains the following information:
- Copy the Integration Key
- Generate RSA Key and copy
- Enter the Redirect URI: https://<ComanyName>.clientpoint.net/docusign-callback
Note: Redirect URI must be in the defined format
- Now you have all three attributes that are required for successful integration. Add values of these attributes to your DocuSign Configuration by going to Settings > Integrations > DocuSign > Manage in ClientPoint.
- After entering the information to configure DocuSign and before you submit. Login into your DocuSign Developer account in another tab.
- Click “Submit” in ClientPoint for your DocuSign Configuration you will land a page that will prompt you to “Allow Access”
- Once ClientPoint gets access you will land on the following page.
- On clicking “BACK TO CLIENTPOINT” you will land Back on the integration Page.
- You’re done.
