What Makes ClientPoint Sign "Easy"?

- Send, Sign, Repeat - There's no limit to how many new documents you can create, share, and sign within the same ClientPoint
How Does It Work?
- Open the Files tab of the ClientPoint where you wish to execute your agreement(s), or Create a New ClientPoint.
- Add the document you wish to sign by selecting it from the Content Library, or click Add to ClientPoint to upload the file from your drive.
- With your added document selected on the left-hand side of the screen, click the Enable eSign button to open the Easy Signature document builder.
- Select the total number of signers required for the document, then click Continue to proceed to the next step.
- Drag and Drop Text Areas, Checkboxes, and Signature Blocks for each Signer, from the left-hand side of the screen onto your document, as desired. You may click the (Settings) button on any object you drag and drop into the document, to configure the form fields to your preference. By default the signature field is required and all other fields are optional.
- Click Continue when you're done with adding and configuring your form fields. Now you're ready to sign!
- Go to the Send tab to share the ClientPoint with your signer(s), or click on the ("Copy Link") button to Copy The Shareable Link to your clipboard.
- When your signers open the link, they will be able to review, complete and sign the Easy Signature document.
Additionally ClientPoint Signature documents can be added, shared, and signed at any time! Repeat the steps above to add more ClientPoint Sign documents to your ClientPoint.
I Don't See The "Enable eSign" Button! What Do I Do?
If you are in the Files tab of your ClientPoint and don't see the Enable eSign button when you've selected one of your ClientPoints' document files, it's most likely that Easy Sign has not yet been enabled in your account.
