Why? You're receiving this message because your account does not have the necessary permissions. Please reach out to your Hubspot Super Admin for assistance to update your permissions.
For Hubspot Super Admin, please follow these directions to allow your user to authorize ClientPoint to connect with Hubspot.
How to Fix the Issue
If you are the HubSpot Super Admin, follow these steps to grant the necessary permissions:

Log in as a Super Admin:
Ensure you're logged into HubSpot with Super Admin access.

Navigate to Settings:
Go to Settings > Users & Teams.

Adjust CRM Permissions:
Under the CRM tab, change the permissions for the following areas to one of these options:
- Contact & Companies
- Deals
- Tickets

Tasks
Set permissions to any of these options:

View: Everything, Team Only (with "Unassigned" checked), or Owned Only (with "Unassigned" checked).

Edit: Everything, Team Only (with "Unassigned" checked), or Owned Only (with "Unassigned" checked).

Enable CRM Tools Permissions:
Under CRM > CRM Tools, enable "Edit property settings".

Enable Marketing Permissions:
Under Marketing, enable "Lists".

Save Changes:
After making these updates, save the settings.

Reauthorize Integration:
Now, try reauthorizing the integration from either:

HubSpot within a Deal, or
-
ClientPoint by going to Settings > Integrations > HubSpot, and clicking "Connect".
This should allow the integration to connect properly.
