Creating ClientPoints from Hubspot is fast and simple! You will first want to ensure that an account Admin has successfully installed your ClientPoint for Hubspot integration. Please check out our article on Hubspot Integration to learn how to connect your ClientPoint account to Hubspot.
Step 1: Log into your Hubspot account and open the Deal you wish to associate with your new ClientPoint:
Step 2: On the righthand panel of your Deal, you will see a section titled ClientPoint. Click the New button.
Step 5: Click on the Company Name to be redirected to ClientPoint.
You may be prompted to connect the app before being redirected. If this is the case, click Connect to proceed.
Once in ClientPoint, you will see a draft for your new ClientPoint, with the Client Name and Revenue fields already auto-populated. If you wish to import Contacts from your Deal, click on the CRM Import button in the Recipients menu to select your Deal contacts. *Note: The Contact must be associated with your Deal in Hubspot in order to be imported into ClientPoint.
Now you have a new ClientPoint that is linked to your Hubspot Deal, allowing you to track the status and easily manage the ClientPoint from your Hubspot account.
