How to Manage Screen: Engagement Index and Active Session

ClientPoint provides two powerful features, Engagement Index and Active Session Indicator, that help users track recipient interactions in real-time, allowing you to focus on building stronger, more meaningful relationships with your clients. These tools provide insights into how recipients are engaging with your ClientPoints, helping you prioritize outreach efforts and optimize client engagement.

What Is the Engagement Index?

The Engagement Index is a dynamic metric that reflects the level of interaction a recipient has with your ClientPoint. It is represented by a color-coded circle that increases in "greenness" as the recipient engages more, signaling a highly engaged client. If interactions stop, the circle will gradually turn yellow and eventually fade, indicating the need for re-engagement.

• How It Works:
  • The greener the circle, the higher the level of recipient interaction.
  • If interactions decrease, the circle will shrink and turn less green, signaling that it's time to re-engage.
• Why It's Important:
  The Engagement Index helps you prioritize your interactions based on the recipient's activity. Highly engaged clients should be nurtured further, while clients with low engagement can be targeted with personalized outreach to reignite their interest.

What Is The Active Session Indicator?

The Active Session Indicator is a real-time tracker that shows you when a recipient is actively viewing your ClientPoint. It is represented by a green camera icon that appears in a new column on your Manage Screen. If the recipient is actively engaged with your ClientPoint, you will see a green dot next to their name.

• How It Works:

  • When the recipient is actively viewing your ClientPoint, a green dot appears in the Active Session Indicator column.
  • You can click on the green dot to send a polite invitation to connect through the Enabling a Meeting within the ClientPoint!

• Why It's Important:
  This feature allows you to engage with the recipient while they are actively reviewing the content, creating an opportunity for real-time communication and furthering your relationship.
