Ready to create a ClientPoint for a Potential/Deal you have in Zoho CRM. There are two ways to do so, we recommend method one.
Method One:
- Log into Zoho CRM
- Go to Potentials and click to open a Potential you have
- Make sure that a Company is related to the Potential
- On the top-right click on "Create ClientPoint Proposal", if you do not see this option follow these steps here to find it.
- You'll get a confirmation pop-up that says a "Your ClientPoint is successfully created."
- To find and open the ClientPoint, find and click "ClientPoint" on the far left hand side of your Potential
- A list of ClientPoints related to this Potential will load, click "edit" to open the link
- Log into ClientPoint and be directed to the Info screen
- To import the contacts from Zoho and add them as Recipients, click "CRM Import" to the right of Recipients
- From here, continue to Files by clicking "Save and Continue"
