What To Do When You See a Red Dot:
- When you notice a red dot, simply click on it to view the new message or post. This action acknowledges the notification, and the red dot will disappear once the message has been read.
- It also appears in each relationship or group with messages.
When Does the Red Dot Disappear?
- The red dot will go away automatically after you’ve clicked on and reviewed the new message or post, ensuring you never miss an important update in your ClientPoint network.
