Utilizing ClientPoint's Integration with ServiceTitan will empower you to access job’s and customer information within the ClientPoint platform. This article is designed to provide you with a comprehensive guide on how to effectively leverage this integration
Steps to import your customer information from Service Titan
- Log into ClientPoint
- Create a new ClientPoint and/or open an existing ClientPoint
- Go to Info
- Next to Client Name, click CRM Import and select ServiceTitan
- You will be presented the option to search by Job ID and/or Customer Name
- If you're searching by "Customer Name", enter the Customer Name and click Search. Once you select the customer, the system will show the list of job assigned to that customer
Tip: Search type is auto-complete. As you can see in the following example; user searched by two alphabets and the system fetches all those customers who have these two alphabets in their name - If you're searching by "Job ID", enter the Customer Name and click Search
Select the Job ID radio button and search for a specific job using Job ID
Note: On the selection of a Job, the system will use the Customer's full name as Client's Name
- If you're searching by "Customer Name", enter the Customer Name and click Search. Once you select the customer, the system will show the list of job assigned to that customer
- One a Job is selected, import recipient details. Click on the CRM Import in the recipient section
- System will show the list of recipients that are associated to the selected job
Note: At ServiceTitan, each job can have just one recipient.
- On selection of the recipient, the system will fetch the recipient details that are available in ServiceTitan and fill in respective fields in the ClientPoint recipient section
