Installing the Mobile Progressive Web App
Following these steps to install the ClientPoint PWA on your mobile device. Currently supported on Android devices, iOS app is not yet available. To install the ClientPoint app follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Open Google Chrome Browser on your mobile phone and go to URL (www.clientpoint.me)
Step 2: You will be asked to log in if you are not logged in already, otherwise, you will be redirected to the home page (your Global Timeline)
Step 3: When you land on the home page, you will see a browser alert that ClientPoint wants to send you notifications. Choose "Allow".
As soon as you grant the permission, you will receive notifications on your mobile device.
Step 4: Now that you're receiving notifications, you will see a second prompt on screen "Add ClientPoint to Home screen". Choose this option.
Step 5: Once you've selected this, you'll be asked to "Install app," choose "Install".
Step 6: After successful installation is completed you will be notified that the ClientPoint icon is added to your mobile device.
