Please note that the ClientPoint Enterprise solution is not supported in this app.

Installing the Desktop App

Following these steps to install the ClientPoint app on your desktop. Currently supported on Window desktops, MAC OS to not currently supported. 

For users on Google Chrome Browser

1. Open Google Chrome go to https://clientpoint.me
2. Log into ClientPoint. Not a user? click Join Now to sign up.
3. Enable notifications from ClientPoint in your browser, look for the prompt to show notifications. As soon as you allow the browser to send notifications, you will start getting it whenever anyone will interact with you on ClientPoint
   
4. To install the ClientPoint desktop application click on the installation icon in the URL bar.
   
5. You will be asked to install the application. Click on Install and follow the steps.
   
6. Once the application is installed successfully, you will see the application running just like any other application on your computer. You will also get an in-app window that will ask you to select the launching options for your application.
7. After providing launch permissions, you will see ClientPoint application icon on your desktop. You can use this icon to launch the ClientPoint application on your computer.

Now that you have installed the web application on your computer, you shall start receiving the notification on your computer.

For users on Microsoft Edge Browser

1. Open Microsoft Edge and go to https://clientpoint.me
2. Log into ClientPoint. Not a user? click Join Now to sign up.
3. Enable notifications from ClientPoint in your browser, look for and click on the ringer bell icon in the URL bar. Choose "Allow" when prompted. As soon as you allow the browser to send notifications, you will start getting it whenever anyone will interact with you on ClientPoint. 
   
   
   
4. To install the ClientPoint desktop application click on the installation icon in the URL bar.
5. You will be asked to install the application. Click on Install and follow the steps.
   
6. Once the application is installed successfully, you will see the application running just like any other application on your computer. You will also get an in-app window that will ask you to select the launching options for your application.
7. After providing launch permissions, you will see ClientPoint application icon on your desktop. You can use this icon to launch the ClientPoint application on your computer.
