How to Search for and Add a Contact in ClientPoint
Searching and connecting with contacts in ClientPoint is streamlined to ensure easy access to your network and relationship-building efforts. Follow these steps to find or invite a new contact:

Access the Relationships Section:
- On the ClientPoint Relationship Enablement home page, locate the search bar in the Relationships section on the left side of your screen.

Search for the Contact:
- In the search bar, enter the name or email of the contact you wish to connect with.
- The system will automatically check if the contact’s name or email is already registered within ClientPoint.

Connect or Invite:
- If the contact is already a registered user in ClientPoint, the system will display their information in a dropdown list. Select their name to connect with them directly.
- If the name or email is not registered, ClientPoint will offer the option to send an invitation. Simply enter the contact’s email address and proceed with the invitation.
This feature simplifies the connection process, allowing you to expand your ClientPoint network quickly and effectively.
