A group timeline is a chronological representation of events or milestones that have occurred within a particular group. Generally your timeline is visible from your home profile page and can be viewed by someone who is part of your group.
How to create a group?
Below are the steps on how to create a group in ClientPoint. When you are on the home page, you will see a Create Group option in the relationships section on the left side of the screen.
1) Click on Create Group
2) Add individuals to your group under "Your Relationships" or "Other People on ClientPoint" or use the search to find or invite contacts using their name, phone or email. Click "Next" to continue.
3) Enter the "Name of the group" and a message that will be shared with those you've invited to the group. Click on Create.
4) You have created a group.
