The Schedule feature in ClientPoint is a powerful tool designed to streamline how you manage and share your availability for meetings. Gone are the days of endless back-and-forth emails trying to find the perfect time for a meeting or call. With ClientPoint's scheduling functionality, you can easily share your calendar with others and let them pick a time that works for both parties.
Why Making Your Schedule Available is Important
Making your schedule available in ClientPoint enhances productivity by:
- Eliminating Scheduling Conflicts: When you share your scheduling link, clients, team members, or contacts can see your available time slots, reducing the chances of double-booking or missed meetings.
- Saving Time and Reducing Email Clutter: Instead of sending multiple emails to find a meeting time, you provide a direct link to your calendar, letting others choose from the time slots you’ve made available.
- Improved Professionalism: Offering a seamless and modern way to schedule meetings reflects positively on your organizational skills and your professionalism.
- Increased Efficiency: The ability to post your availability directly to your chosen audience (public, contacts, or groups) ensures that only the people who need access to your calendar will have it, saving you time and effort.
How to Set Up and Share Your Schedule
Here’s how you can set up and share your scheduling link in ClientPoint:
Setting Up Your Scheduling Link
Click on the “Schedule” Button

- In your ClientPoint dashboard, locate the Schedule action card and click on it to begin the setup process.
Provide Your Personal Scheduling Link
- The first time you access the Schedule feature, the system will prompt you to provide your personal scheduling link. This link is generated through your calendar or scheduling tool (such as Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.). If you do not have a scheduling tool yet, you can choose to set one up before proceeding.
- Copy and paste your scheduling link into the provided field
Save and Continue

- Once your scheduling link is pasted, click Save & Continue to complete the initial setup. This will enable your schedule to be visible and accessible to others based on the preferences you set.
Sharing Your Schedule Link
Once your schedule is set up, you can easily share your calendar with others by posting the link on different platforms:

Click on “Schedule” in Your Action Card Again
- Navigate back to your Schedule option in your action card.
Choose Who You Want to Share Your Schedule With

- You will be asked who you’d like to share your schedule with. ClientPoint gives you the flexibility to choose the audience for your calendar link. You can select from:
- Public: Your schedule will be visible to anyone who has access to the link.
- All of My Relationships: Your schedule will be visible to everyone you've connected with on ClientPoint.
- Specific People: Choose particular people from your network to share your schedule with.
- Collaboration Group: Share your schedule with only the members of a specific group you belong to.
- You will be asked who you’d like to share your schedule with. ClientPoint gives you the flexibility to choose the audience for your calendar link. You can select from:
Post Your Schedule
- Based on the option you selected, ClientPoint will post your scheduling link to the appropriate timeline, making it available for the selected audience to access. For example:
- If you select Public, your schedule link will be posted on your public timeline for everyone to see.
- All of My Relationships will post it for all your connections.
- Specific People and Collaboration Group will limit access to the individuals or groups you’ve chosen
