Forgot Your Password?
If you're unable to access your account because you forgot your password, follow these steps to reset it:

Go to the ClientPoint Login Screen:
- Navigate to ClientPoint.me.

Click "Reset Password":
- On the login screen, click the "Reset Password" option.

Enter Your Email Address:
- You'll be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account.

Check Your Email:
- After entering your email, click "Reset Password". ClientPoint will send you an email containing a link to reset your password.

Log In and Change Password:
- Follow the link in your email to log in to your account. Once logged in, go to the "Change Password" section to update your password.
How to Update Your Password Once Logged In
If you’re logged in and want to update your password, follow these steps:

Go to Your Profile:
- In the top-right corner of your dashboard, click on your Profile.

Select "Change Password":
- Click the "Change Password" option.

Enter and Confirm Your New Password:
- Type your new password in the provided fields and confirm it.

- After entering your new password, click "Update" to save the changes.
Your password has now been updated.
