There are multiple ways to invite someone to join ClientPoint or to connect with an existing user.
From anywhere in ClientPoint, invite or start a new relationship using the Relationship drawer (to the left). This is where you can see your existing connections and to be able to start a new relationship.
Method 1
From anywhere in ClientPoint, follow these steps to invite someone to join or to connect with an existing user in ClientPoint.
Step 1: Click on "Create a Relationship"
Step 2: Click on Connect or Send Invite
Once you click on Create Relationship it will show you the list of people that are already on ClientPoint but not connected with you. You will see a connect option in front of these users for you to connect with them. Also, on this list, you'll see an option available to add the person's email address you wish to invite.
After adding the email address, you can also send an invitation message that will be sent along with the invitation email
Method 2
The second way to invite someone is through a global search on the homepage just below the action card that asks you what would you like to do today.
Step 1: Click into the text box "Type a name or email to connect"
Step 2: Enter the email address or name of the person you're looking to invite or connect with. ClientPoint will check if the name or email address is registered to a user or not.
If the name/email address is registered to an existing user, ClientPoint will show you the relationship in the dropdown and give you an option to connect.
If the name/email address is not registered then the system will give you the option to send an invitation to invite them. You'll be prompt to enter a valid email address to invite someone to join ClientPoint.
