How to Use Direct Links

Accessing the Files Area:
- Navigate to the Files area within your ClientPoint dashboard. Here, you'll find all relevant documents and content.

Copying the Main ClientPoint Link:
- At the top left of the screen, you’ll see a green circle with a link icon. Clicking this will allow you to copy the main link to your ClientPoint.
- Usage: This link provides access to all content within that specific ClientPoint, making it suitable for sharing comprehensive information.

Sharing Specific Content:
- To direct someone to a particular item, highlight the content you wish to share (e.g., a specific document or video).
- Hover your mouse to the right of the highlighted content until options appear, then select Copy Direct Link.

Usage: This direct link takes the recipient immediately to the specific content, bypassing the Table of Contents. This feature is particularly useful for:
- Reminding clients to sign contracts.
- Highlighting a specific video that you want them to watch.
- Directing attention to important updates or messages.

Login Requirement: Recipients of the direct link will still need to log in with their email to access any content. This ensures that access is secure and limited to authorized users.
