Overview
The Advanced Configuration menu in ClientPoint provides administrators with control over global settings for their account, allowing them to enable or disable features and customize functionality based on their organization's needs. This section centralizes critical settings, making it easier to manage and streamline ClientPoint’s features across various configurations.
Navigating to the Advanced Configuration Menu
To access the Advanced Configuration menu:
- From your ClientPoint homepage, click on Settings.
- Go to Advanced Settings.
- Click on the Advanced Configuration tab.
This tab gives administrators access to a range of customizable settings. Each configuration option is designed to enhance specific features within ClientPoint, offering administrators the flexibility to tailor the platform’s functionality to their organization’s requirements.
Configuration Options in the Advanced Configuration Tab

Create ClientPoint Configuration: Adjusts the settings related to creating ClientPoints, including link sharing, expiration dates, and customization options.

View ClientPoint Configuration: Manages the view and accessibility settings for ClientPoints, allowing administrators to control how recipients interact with shared content.

API Configuration: Enables API settings, allowing integration with other applications or systems within your organization.

Email Configuration: Customizes email-related settings, including automated messages, notifications, and contact management for ClientPoints.

Signature Configuration: Controls the signature requirements and digital signing processes for documents within ClientPoint.

Miscellaneous Configuration: Provides additional customization options that may not fit into other categories but enhance functionality and personalization.

Recipient Viewer Configuration: Manages the viewer experience for recipients, including access permissions, viewer settings, and security measures for shared ClientPoints.
