It integrates personalized elements like user profiles, calendar links, and meeting room details to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
ClientPoint Meet Setup:
- Step 1 is to setup up your ClientPoint user profile. To edit your user profile go to the profile thumbnail (i.e.. the circle icon at the top right of your screen) and choose View Profile.
- Next, click Edit.
- In your user profile, please update the following fields:
And while you’re there, go ahead and edit all of the things you’ve been meaning to such as your phone number, title, and mobile carrier for SMS notifications.

Calendar Link
Add your meeting scheduler link to this field. This is the schedule a recipient would be directed to when they click "Schedule for later" when invited to an online meeting with you.

Meeting Link
Add the online meeting room link to this field. This is the online meeting room the recipient would join when invited to a meeting with you within ClientPoint.

Include your LinkedIn profile.

Your profile picture will be used in your invite to the recipient. And if you have a photo for the recipients, see the steps below to add the recipient images into your ClientPoint.

How to invite your recipient to a ClientPoint Meet:
- Start by creating a ClientPoint. Click New.
- On the Info section under Recipient, upload a recipient's photo. Once uploaded and the recipient fields are complete, click "Save".
- Next, click Save and continue on the top right to go to Files.
- In the files section, you’ll add your files and URLs from the Library or using Add to ClientPoint.
- Choose Add to ClientPoint and here you'll see the option to Add Meeting and Add Calendar. The meeting and calendar links are from your user profile. If these fields are blank in your user profile, Add Meeting and Add Calendar will be hidden under Add to ClientPoint.
- When one more more recipients are in an active session with your ClientPoint, you will receive an email and popup notification in real time as well as via SMS if your mobile carrier and mobile number are completed in your user profile.
If a meeting isn’t scheduled, but you want to invite them to a meeting as they’re looking at the ClientPoint, you’ll click on that notification and open the ClientPoint.
- While logged in and on the Preview section, choose Enable Meeting to invite the recipient to a live meeting in your meeting room.
- Once you have enabled the meeting, you will be redirected to join your meeting room. Your video conferencing platform will pop up.

At the same time, your recipients will receive a notification to Start the Meeting and join your meeting room. They will also have the option to Schedule a Meeting Later, No Thanks, and Send a Message.
