The One Pass Template is a level up on standard templates that can be created for you by your admins. If your admin has created one pass templates, get ready to experience the beauty and ease of these templates! Learn more about how to use One Pass Templates below.
Note: One Pass Template is available as an add-on for Sales Accelerator. For Enterprise accounts, One Pass Template is available upon request. For assistance, please email support@clientpoint.net.
Here’s how it works:
- Go through the normal steps you usually do to create a new ClientPoint.
- Once you get to files, find the One Pass Template. (If you don’t know which one it is, ask your admins!)
- Double click on the template to open your form builder. If you’ve filled in your Info page completely, a lot of the information will auto-fill, so just make sure it’s accurate. If there is an empty field, fill those in appropriately.
- IF your admin setup the Rich Text Editor, you’ll have the opportunity to write up some HTML text for your document(s). Feel free to change the font style and colors here.
- IF your admin created a Tree Builder, you’ll see the tab at the top. Click that to go through some if/then situations.
- Once you’re satisfied, choose Submit.
- Keep in mind, if there’s something missing or you need to make any changes, you can!
- Simply choose the document on the ClientPoint side, and hit edit.
- Don’t forget to hit Save again!
Now go thank your admins for setting this up for you! :)
