You can make changes to files that are stored within the Content Library, without having to delete and re-add the documents to your Templates. Here’s how!
1. In the Content Library (Settings > Content Library), Select the file you wish to update, and click the Download Original button.
2. Make your desired changes to the downloaded file and click Save.
3. Once the changes have been made, select the file again within the Content Library, and click the Edit button.
4. Click Choose File, and select the updated document from the file browser.
5. The original document will be replaced with the updated version, and the updated version will be saved within any Templates that already contain the document.
