Create brand consistency that helps you build a strong, memorable, and instantly recognizable brand identity that resonates with the target audience using Themes. Themes are associated to Divisions which are associated to ClientPoints and controls the branding visible to your guests. Use Themes to controls the branding that is applied to the Division associated with the ClientPoints that you create.
The following is managed within the Theme:
- Company logo
- Table of Contents Background
- Guest login background image
- Guest login style
- Guest viewer style (e.g. header and navigation colors)
Themes can be applied to one or more Division/s within your system and are managed by your Administrator. Create a unique Theme for each Division or use the same Theme for all Divisions. Learn more about Divisions here.
Things to know about Themes:
- Themes can be found by going to Settings, then click the Themes.
- Themes are can be available "Company Wide" or designated for a specific "Workspace".
- The Company Default Theme is created automatically for you and cannot be deleted. The logo from this Theme is applied to your unique subdomain visible to your users when they login (e.g. [yoursubdomain].clientpoint.net)
- New Themes can be created by clicking "Add new theme" or using "Duplicate" to make copies of existing Themes
To edit your Theme
- Go to Settings > Themes
- Click "Edit" next to the Theme you wish to edit

Company Logo
Maximum logo size is 200k.
TOC Colors
These are the colors for the Navigation menu that your recipients see when viewing a document that is shared through ClientPoint.
This is your default email when sharing a ClientPoint. Important note is to always ensure <<documentlink>> is part of your email template. This is the placeholder that populates the ClientPoint link into your email.
