Overview
ClientPoint provides a convenient way to keep your team updated on signed ClientPoints by sending automatic email notifications to designated team members. You can define these notifications by division within your system, ensuring that each team receives updates relevant to their area. Notifications are sent from do-not-reply@clientpoint.net and include details of the signed ClientPoint, allowing team members to stay informed and respond promptly.
Steps to Enable Notifications for Signed ClientPoints
Follow these steps to set up email notifications for your team members once a ClientPoint is signed:

Open Settings
- From your ClientPoint homepage, click the Settings icon.

Go to Workspaces
- In Settings, navigate to Workspaces.

Select Divisions
- Within Workspaces, choose Divisions to access and manage division-specific settings.

Edit Division to Add Internal Emails
- Click on the division you want to configure, then select the Edit (pencil) icon in the upper right corner.
- Under Internal Email, enter the email addresses of the team members who should receive notifications. You can add multiple addresses to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- There's a note that will state that you can connect to Parent ClientPoint through adding a URL below it.
Parent & Child ClientPoints If you would like to make any ClientPoint in this division connect to a Parent ClientPoint search for the ClientPoint below or enter the URL of ClientPoint below.
Note: You have the option of using any valid website as the parent
- Click Submit to save your changes.
