In ClientPoint, a download receipt is automatically added to the end of each ClientPoint PDF when it is downloaded by either the user or recipients. This receipt includes essential details such as:
- Date of Download: Displays the specific date when the PDF was downloaded.
- ClientPoint ID: A unique six-digit identifier associated with each ClientPoint, ensuring every ClientPoint is distinguishable.
While the download receipt can be helpful for tracking purposes, there may be scenarios where disabling it is preferable—for instance, when sharing documents externally without metadata for a cleaner appearance.

How to disable/remove the ClientPoint Download Receipt?
Follow these steps to turn off the download receipt for all ClientPoint ClientPoints:

Log Into ClientPoint:
- Access your account using your credentials.

Access Advanced Settings:
- Navigate to Settings and select Advanced Settings.
- Click on Advanced Configuration.

Disable the Receipt:
- Under Create ClientPoint Configuration, locate the toggle for Disable download receipt when using download and print.
- Toggle the switch to green to disable the receipt feature.

Save Changes:
- Click Save to confirm the changes.
- A confirmation message will appear at the top of the screen to indicate the settings have been successfully updated.
