ClientPoint now makes it easier to upload documents that require signatures directly into your ClientPoint builder. By enabling this feature, you can integrate RightSignature tags into your documents, upload them directly into your ClientPoint, and ensure the signing process is streamlined for your clients.
Prerequisites:
This feature requires an active RightSignature Integration. If you do not have it enabled yet, please reach out to support@clientpoint.net for assistance.
How to Enable the Feature:

Navigate to Settings:
- Go to Settings in the ClientPoint homepage.

Advanced Settings:
- Select Advanced Settings from the options.

Enable Signature Upload:
- Under Advanced Configuration, go to Signature Configuration.
- Check the box labeled Enable upload signature document on files page.
- Click Save to apply the settings.
How to Upload a Signature Document:

Create New ClientPoint:
- When building a new ClientPoint, go to the recipient viewer options and enable eSignature.
- Choose Save to confirm the settings.
Upload the Document:
- Upload the signature-required document into your ClientPoint. Make sure the document includes RightSignature tags in the necessary fields for signature placement.
Finalize Your ClientPoint:
- Complete your ClientPoint setup by adding any additional documents if necessary.
- Once everything is in place, send the ClientPoint out to your recipient and track the analytics.

Important Notes:
- RightSignature Tags: Make sure your document includes the appropriate RightSignature tags in the fields where signatures are needed. If you're unsure how to add these tags, please refer to the RightSignature integration guide or reach out to support for assistance.
