Each user within ClientPoint has a unique user profile. Your user profile contains your first and last name, email, title, office and mobile number along with your video conference PMI link and your scheduler link. We recommend every user to go through and update your profile with the following:
- First and Last Name
- Email Address
- Title
- Office Phone
- Cell Phone
Receive SMS notifications to your phone by populating your mobile number and choosing your carrier. Support in the US only. - Meeting Link
Your meeting link should be your video conference PMI (personal meeting id) link. - Calendar Link
- LinkedIn (optional)
How to setup or update your profile
- Log into ClientPoint
- In the top right corner, you'll find your profile thumbnail (i.e. circle icon).
- Click the down arrow and select View Profile.
- Click Edit (top-right)
- Make any necessary changes that you need to make and click Save at the bottom of the page.
