Internal Comments
Internal comments are designed for private discussions within your team. This feature is ideal for sharing feedback, notes, or instructions that you do not want the client to see.
How to Add an Internal Comment:
- Navigate to the Overview Section in the desired ClientPoint.
- Enter your comment in the provided field.
- Save the comment. The system will log and display the new internal comment along with any past ones.
Email Notifications:
- When an internal comment is posted, the designated team member (Rep) receives an email notification.
- The notification includes a summary of the comment and a direct link to the ClientPoint for easy follow-up.
Sample Email Notification:
- The email contains information about the internal comment, ensuring team members stay informed without needing to constantly check the platform.
External Comments
External comments allow clients to communicate directly by leaving feedback or questions on the ClientPoint they are viewing. This feature simplifies client interaction and speeds up the feedback loop.
How Clients Can Add Comments:
- The client opens the ClientPoint using the provided URL.
- Upon accessing it, they will see a Comments button located at the top left of the screen.
- By clicking the Comments button, clients can leave their feedback and view any previous comments.
Email Notifications for External Comments:
- When a client adds a comment, the Rep associated with the ClientPoint receives an email notification.
- This email contains details of the comment and a link to the ClientPoint for a quick response.
Responding to External Comments:
- The Rep can click the link in the notification email to access the ClientPoint and respond directly to the client’s comment.
